Standard Home Inspection
We meet and exceed interNACHIs standards and codes of practice. Anywhere from dirty crawlspaces to hot attics, we inspect them all. We treat every inspection like family was purchasing the home, looking in the hidden places and reporting in a simple and easy to read report. We understand that purchasing a home is a major life investment, that is why we aim to provide a service that can be informative as well as educational for new home owners. Every deficiency found will be outlines and detailed in the report and included with a picture. The inspector will go through the report at the time of inspection to answer any questions and is always a phone call away if there is ever a question about his report.
Mold Inspection $75
This is an auxiliary service that can only be ordered if there is suspect of a mold like substance is found in the house. If a HHI inspector finds a substance that appears to be mold in the home it will be written in the report and made known to the client. However we cannot say for sure that the substance is actually mold unless we do a test and send it into a lab for evaluation. This service can be added after the inspection has begun.
Wood Destroying Insect (Termite) $50
This inspection service is commonly referred to as a termite inspection.Wood destroying insects can quietly do significant damage to a home. a wood destroying insect inspection is required for VA loans. WDI inspection covers termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and re-infesting wood boring beetles. Hiles Home Inspection is licensed By the State of Ohio to perform inspections. *(Prices biased on average home size)
Sewer Scope $200
Tree roots and blockages can be a very expensive repair for a home owner. This inspection is an invasive look into your houses plumbing. The inspector uses a special line camera to look through you homes plumbing system from the house to sewer or septic system, looking for roots that have busted pipes, or items lodged in pipes that cause blockages or future problems.

We do a wide variety of new construction inspections. We offer Draw Inspections, Foundation Inspections, Pre-drywall inspections, Walk through inspections and Blue Tape inspections. Manufactured Home Inspections
Although we are not yet State Certified for new home installation inspections we are qualified to inspect sold Manufactured Homes and Trailers. Pricing varies for Manufactured Home inspections, inquire for pricing.
Out Building/Pole Barn Inspection
In a Standard home inspection detached buildings are not included. If the property you are buying has a detached garage or pole barn you can request an inspection for it. This inspection includes framing and structure, electric service, outlets and lights, windows, doors and garage door. You can request other aspects of the building inspected too, just discuss your requests with your inspector.

Michael Hiles is the founder and sole inspector in the company. He started the company after building his own home and learning what the inspection process entails and the importance of it. Michael holds a Home Inspectors license from the State of Ohio. He also is licensed to inspect Termites by the State of Ohio. Above all he is a father and a family man first. He lives with his family in Fairfield County and is an active member of his community. Michael strives to provide the best customer service possible.
